The product seems to be very well made. It comes supplied with a carry case and (2) AAA batteries included to power the device. The cuff seems to be accurate when compared to another verified accurate device that I own. It wasn't exact but it was very close on both the systolic/diastolic pressures and the pulse rate. These type device are good for randomly checking you B/P but if you get a extremely high or extremely low reading I always recommend to check your B/P manually before taking any medications. Overall I would definitely recommend the device to anyone looking for a value priced blood pressure cuff that will be perfect for the at home user or for a nurse in a nursing home environment, but I cannot in good consciousness recommend this cuff for an ER or acute care setting due to the seriousness of most issues occuring in either place. As with any medical device consult your MD/PCP prior to using this product.
